1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (free from scratches, damage, and wear).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process the return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations or product nature:
- Items that have been worn or damaged.
- Customized or engraved products.
3. How to Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

Please email us at info@ZPCanada.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. - Return Authorization
Once we review your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipping process. - Prepare the Item for Return
Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Attach the RMA number to the package. - Ship Your Return
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a traceable shipping service for returns to ensure that we receive your item. ZPCanada.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or colour, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order on our website. Please contact our customer service team for guidance on this process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return, and we will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
7. Sale Items
Sale items are subject to the same return policy, but please note that items purchased on clearance or as part of a limited-time sale may be final sale, and no returns will be accepted. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
8. Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to change or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
9. International Returns
Our return policy applies exclusively to Canadian customers. We do not serve nor do we accept returns or exchanges from international customers.
